STANDARDS
Emerald provides the British Curriculum learning and evaluation within a framework approved by Pearson EDEXCEL. The framework is reviewed and approved every year
Curriculum
EIS offers the British Curriculum at high school as an alternative certification for high school education since 2019
The subjects offered include; Math, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, History, Business, Art and Design, ICT and Kiswahili
Testing Centre
EIS is an approved Pearson Examination Center after due inspection and approval by KNEC to conduct international examinations
As a center, we access Pearson support and revision material extensively
Classroom Support
The framework is ancored on a personalised approach that aims to customise learning for each student’s strengths, needs, skills, and interests
Each student gets a learning plan that’s based on what they know and how they learn best
IGCSE examination
Students study the subjects selected for the IGCSE examinations, usually taken at the end of Year 11
EIS through the British curriculum ensures students develop a range of transferable skills to enable them to respond with confidence to the demands of undergraduate study and the world of work
